The Customer Services Desks within Eldon Square are located near Northumberland Street entrance, between John Lewis and Fenwick, and at Grey’s Monument entrance, near New Look.
Our friendly and helpful Customer Service team are on-hand to help you with:
- Opening times
- Where to eat ideas
- Directions to shops
- Public transport information
- Lost property
- What’s on in the Centre
- Gift Card sales and enquiries
A number of wheelchairs are available from the Customer Services Desks within Eldon Square on a first come, first served basis. Click here for more information.

Interactive Shopper Directories are also located in convenient locations throughout the malls and will give you directions to each store within the Centre.
