Information Desks

There are two customer service desks in Eldon Square Shopping Centre. The helpful staff at both are able to give a variety of information and are located at Northumberland Square between the entrance to Fenwick and John Lewis and at the Greys Monument entrance to Eldon Square on Sidgate. At either desk you can purchase Eldon Square Gift Vouchers in denominations of £5, £10 and £25, hire wheelchairs, pickup a store map directory and find out about upcoming attractions in the city.

Cash Dispensers and Foreign Exchange

There are several ATM cash dispensers in Eldon Square Shopping Centre. These are located on Blackett Bridge, between Millie’s Cookies and O2 Store, near the entrance to Centre Management; at the top of Douglas Way behind the escalator near the entrance to John Lewis and Vodafone; on High Friars next to New Look and within Fenwick. Bureaux de Change facilities are available in the Post Office and Marks & Spencer.

Toilets

Public toilets including those with disabled facilities are located on High Friars beside New Look and in the Eldon Leisure stairwell beside the Post Office on Sidgate. Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are located in the toilets on High Friars near New Look and within major stores such as John Lewis, Fenwick and Marks & Spencer. Please click here for the map of these facilities.

Public Telephones & Internet

There are several public telephones located throughout the centre. Some telephones provided are of low-level design for the disabled.

Internet access can be achieved through a wireless connection in Boskoops Café.

Disabled Facilities & Shopmobility

Eldon Square has been designed with careful consideration for disabled shoppers. Toilets, walkways and lifts all cater for people with mobility problems. Wheelchairs are available from both customer care desks in Eldon Square.

Shopmobility motorised scooters are available through the City's Shopmobility scheme. These are free and pre-bookable on: 01912616176.
