PROPOSALS FOR ELDON SQUARE

The three schemes, costing some £170 million, for the modernisation and partial redevelopment of Eldon Square, have been designed to provide modern retail space, a modern bus station, and improvements to the public realm. In order to ensure continuity of trading, the projects are being delivered in phases.
